April Challenge Trash to Treasure

Hello ! It's Autumn here and I'm your host for the April challenge. Don't we all love a good upcycled project?  This month at Stamps and Stencils we'd love to see how you take something that you'd normally discard and give it new life in your art.  Whether it's glamorizing boxes, turning Styrofoam into stamps, diecutting your packaging, or another idea you have.  Bring on your best mixed media repurposing!  We can't wait to see what you come up!  Don't forget to use stamps or stencils in your project.

Take a look at the design team's fabulous Trash to Treasure projects to get you going.  All details of the projects can be found on the artist's blogs, so click away!

Cec creatively altered some floppy disks.

Branka chose to alter a vintage spoon.

Ruth altered a tiny sweet tin.

Rachel altered a Ferrero Rocher chocolates box.

Sue saved a presentation box from work that was headed for the bin.

Toni says, "It's surprising what you can do with tea bags and tomato paste tubes!"

Autumn altered the cover of her cardboard junk journal and added a juice can lid.

So now it's over to you !
